Just so we’re clear, escape doesn’t mean easy. Our classes are meant to challenge you physically and mentally. You’ll work hard, push your limits, and leave feeling stronger than when you walk in.
A Space for Every Stage of Life
Our community is made up of students, working professionals, busy parents, and everything in between. We see their packed schedules and are always inspired by our clients, seemingly doing it all. Carving out space for a workout can be daunting, and the ‘why’ varies from person to person, but the Escape seems to unite our entire community. We believe it’s the high-vibe energy in our studios and the inspiration found in getting to know the person on the machine next to you.
