Instructor Auditions

Please prepare roughly one to three minutes of movement instruction that you'll deliver to the training team. This does not need to be on the machine; it can be something simple like a plank, a burpee, or even breaking down a jumping jack. We'll be evaluating the clarity of your instructions and strength of your delivery.

Following that part of your audition, we'll ask you a couple of questions and provide some info about our training program. Auditions should take approximately 15 minutes.
