What to expect:

Come early, and don’t be shy.

Plan to arrive to class 10 minutes prior to the start time. Your instructor will introduce you to the machine, explain a little bit about class flow, and prepare you for that first spring change! Be sure to let your instructor know if you have any injuries or concerns.

Grip socks.

Take control of the machine by wearing your new favorite accessory- grip socks! This will also ensure we're keeping things sanitary for the next class. Grip socks are available for purchase in each studio.

Get uncomfortable.

This 45-minute total body workout is designed to be challenging. Embrace the shake. Modifications and challenges will be provided to accommodate all fitness levels. Remember, the best things in life happen outside your comfort zone.
