Our class policies help us create a safe and high-quality experience for every client and instructor at Higher Ground Fitness.

ATTENDANCE POLICY

CLASS HAS STARTED.

DOORS ARE LOCKED.

For your safety and the safety of other members actively in class, our studio doors will be locked promptly at the scheduled class start time. For the safety of our clients and instructors, late entry will not be permitted under any circumstances. If you arrive after class has started and the doors are locked, your class will be considered a no-show and the applicable charge will be applied to your account. A FEW FRIENDLY REMINDERS

  • Socks Required

    Grip socks must be worn on the machine in every class and are available for purchase in all of our studios.

  • PHONES AWAY

    To help you and the other members in class stay present and focused, please keep your cell phones away during class.

  • COME EARLY

    Arrive a few minutes early to check in, get settled, and be ready for class. This helps ensure a smooth and positive experience for you, our instructors, and everyone in class.
