HGF Rewards is our guest loyalty program, allowing you to earn points through activities such as taking classes, referring friends, and making purchases. Points may be redeemed for a variety of rewards, including free HGF socks, free private classes, one-time early booking, retail discounts, and more. 

You’ll automatically receive an invitation to join the HGF Rewards Program after your first transaction and point-earning activity with us. Simply follow the link in the email to create your account.  

You can also sign up anytime through our HGF app. Navigate to the fifth tab, locate the small gift box, and enroll to begin! 

To redeem points, head into your HGF app and navigate to the Rewards section. Select your chosen perk to receive a voucher, or instructions on how to redeem.  

Yes. Points expire 90 days after your last earning activity. (Example: Taking a class or referring a friend.)

Reward vouchers expire 30 days after redemption. We encourage you to redeem and use your rewards before you lose them! 

Points only begin accumulating once you have officially enrolled in the Rewards Program. 

Perkville is the software or program that operates HGF Rewards. Perkville integrates with our studio booking system and mobile app to make earning points super easy and fun for you!

You’ll receive an email from Perkville/HGF each time you earn points.  You can also easily track your points on our HGF Perkville website or by navigating to the gift icon in your app.
