If a class is full, you can add yourself to our waitlist. If someone cancels out of class, you will be automatically added in and sent a confirmation email and text. The waitlist stops pulling into class 30 minutes prior to the start of class. If your plans change please make sure to remove yourself from a waitlist, or class cancellation terms will apply. If we notice a machine opens up and you are next on the list, we’ll send you a text message to let you know there is room! 

Head to your ‘classes’ page on our app and select ‘cancel’ next to the class time you can no longer attend.

Classes can be canceled without penalty up to 12 hours before the start time. 

Cancellations within 12 hours will incur a $10 fee in the Burbs and $15 fee in South Boston. If you are using a class credit, you will also lose that session

Missing class will incur a $20 no-show fee. If you are using a class credit you will also lose that session

1. Download ‘Higher Ground Fitness’ from the app store and register for an account. 

2. Filter to your home studio.  

3. Purchase class credits. (We recommend our New Client Special- 2 Weeks Unlimited for $49!) 

4. Doublecheck the studio, instructor, and time of day to build your ideal schedule.

We have a strict no refund policy. Please do not purchase classes or packages unless you are sure you will use them.

You could. If someone is waiting for a machine from the waitlist, we will release the machine to the present client. 

Single-class credits are good for 30 days from purchase. Pay attention to the fine print during a sale period as we may extend the time frame on class pack sales!
