As HGF’s Chief Operating Officer, Kate owns operations, finances, and long-term strategy for HGF. Her mission? To make HGF as efficient, profitable, and impactful as possible so everyone can experience the magic of our game-changing method and machines.  

A fitness junkie since her teens, Kate has tried it all, but nothing humbled (and hooked!) her quite like the HGF machine. She loves that HGF delivers high-intensity results without the joint stress, proving you can push limits safely and sustainably.

When she’s not working or exercising, you’ll find Kate knee-deep in family chaos (the best kind!). Whether she’s whipping up a batch of cookies with her boys, hosting a loud Sunday dinner, or sipping wine with her siblings while the kids turn the living room into a playground, her heart is always full. Proof that joy is best shared, preferably with pizza and plenty of cousins.

Connie Holen is a Digital Strategist, Google Search Certified Marketer, and Squarespace Circle Platinum Partner with over a decade of experience in marketing and web design for boutique fitness, yoga, Pilates, and wellness studios. As the founder of Pixality Design, she has helped 300+ studio owners build clean, modern, easy-to-manage websites that integrate seamlessly with scheduling software including Mindbody, Mariana Tek, Walla, and Momence. She currently leads marketing and content strategy at Zipper, the all-in-one studio management platform built specifically for boutique studios. Connie's work focuses on local SEO, brand strategy, and helping studios attract new clients and grow sustainably — without the tech overwhelm.
